Hello, I'm Orli Zahor, born in 1972, married to Ron - the talented photographer of OR cards and we are parents of two lovely daughters. 

I am a social worker and have been working for many years at Meuhedet - Diabetes Institute. I have always loved learning and continuing to develop. Throughout my training, I studied cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group facilitation, personal training (coaching), smoking cessation counseling and more...

In the summer of 2013, when I thought I was in a really good place in my life, I received a severe surprise and was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. Along with the pain, fear and concerns, it was an opportunity to stop, to look deeply and listen differently to myself. I found myself on a journey to self-healing (and more on that in the "Move in a New Reality" lectures).

In this journey I discovered NIA, which connected me to myself and my body through the pleasure of movement. NIA is a holistic movement method, which integrates the dance arts, the martial arts and the healing arts, while listening to what is right for me and my body at this moment, without judgment and with varied and immersive music, which brings liberation, strength, flexibility and for me above all health.

Today I also guide Nia and bring this magic to more people. I teach classes at the support center of the Cancer Society, in Givatayim. In addition, I also discovered the QI GONG - an ancient art from Chinese medicine, of movement and awareness, which connects us to the life energy flowing through the body. Today I am also a QI GONG instructor, after completing the training of QI GONG instructors, at the "Broshim" campus with my lovely teacher Nira Rabinowitz.

Conducts "moving in a new reality" workshops that combines movement and support for a variety of populations.

Now I am fulfilling another dream of creating OR cards - I have always been fascinated by the use of cards in the groups and workshops that I pass and go through myself. Each time you are present to see how cards open up for conversation, diversify, bring down tokens and insights and allow the therapeutic process to rise to another level. I created the cards for my personal use, in the workshops, treatments and trainings I do, but after they were published and I experienced them and their magic, I had to pass it on - just like NIA and QI GONG...
