OR cards are projective, opening and brightening cards.

Or means in Hebrew, light. As the pictures enlighten me.

You may use them in different methods: In groups and workshops, during therapy or coaching, in social or family gatherings and self-observation.

Everyone has the unique meaning they give to each card. This interpretation changes according to the situation, the question, the subject and the feelings - there is no right or wrong, there is only curiosity and wonder.

OR cards were created with love by Orli and Ron Zahor, spouses and journey partners.

The photos on the cards were photographed by Ron, a software engineer and amateur photographer.

Collected and published by Orli, a social worker, CBT therapist,

Or cards represent photographs from moments in life, taken with great sensitivity over the years.

The pack contains 80 photographed cards, and an instruction card.

Here are some ideas I like to use:

Choose a card that represents how you feel today.
Draw one or more cards and see what your message at this moment is.
Choose or draw 3 cards that reflect what your powers are.
Choose or draw 3 cards - a card representing the present, a card representing the place you want to be and a card representing what will help you on the way there.
A wish card - What do I wish for myself, what do I wish for others.
Towards the goal – What are your strengths, what is holding you back and what will help you to reach your goals.
Draw few cards, look at them and tell your story.

You can choose from the cards when they are open and visible or draw when they are upside down and closed. Depending on the situation, you can choose the number of cards you want to work with.

It is recommended to use OR cards as much as you can imagine - have fun and let your perspective surprise you.

The tree OR cards

"For man is the tree of the field"

You can find many similarities between the tree and men, you can learn a lot from the trees. The trees are characterized by growth and development, change and movement. As well as stability, strength, flexibility, connection to the roots, giving and more.

You can refer to the roots, trunk, branches, leaves and the top of the tree. Also, to the environment of the tree, the one seen in the picture and your imagination.

It is advisable to use them as much as you can imagine, here are some ideas:

Choose a tree that represents you today.
Choose or draw 3 trees - a tree that represents the present, a tree that represents the place you want to be and a tree that represents the way there.
The power tree - choose trees that give you power.
Draw a card and see what the tree's message is to you today.
The wish tree - what do I wish for myself? what do I wish for others?
Which tree catches your attention the most?
What does your tree need from you?
Select the trees that you wish to be in your surroundings. Create your own forest. How do they communicate with each other? What treatment do they need?
How does your tree change and grow?
